Collaborating closely with customers and internal teams, you will provide real-time problem-solving to customer challenges and to enhance our products. Your passion for engaging with customers and innovative engineering drives progress in our industry, tackling the once unsolvable. ## What you’ll do * Collaboratively engineer innovative semiconductor equipment and process design solutions to quickly resolve customer issues and improve product quality in a dynamic fast-paced challenging environment
* Supports product development from product prototyping, development, deployment/product release, and initial field support. * Design and conduct experiments, tests, and prototypes to resolve complex technical problems. * Create clear and concise reports to present analysis and support technical recommendations
* Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to guide the specification and development of products. * Provides technical support for installation and/or diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex product issues. * Maintain a high degree of customer engagement including face-to-face and international travel to customer sites supporting near term product releases and solve customer issues
* Work in a cleanroom lab and/or customer semiconductor fab environment. ## Who we’re looking for Minimum Qualifications: * Master’s degree in Material Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Optics, Physics, Chemist
