What role you will play in our team The Process Modeling Analyst will support business process management and process modeling activities using tools including Celonis and/or SAP Signavio. This role works with IT, data teams, process owners, and business stakeholders to model processes, analyze process data, and translate business rules that support process improvement and operational decision-making. What you will do - Apply BPM methodology to document, analyze, and improve business processes

- Create and maintain process models, process maps, workflows, business rules, and related documentation. - Analyze process data, validate data quality, identify inconsistencies, and support issue resolution. - Translate business rules and process requirements into process rules, data requirements, or platform configurations

- Support process mining activities, including data extraction, transformation, integration, and data dictionary maintenance. - Merge, clean, and transform data from multiple sources using SQL, ETL tools, Python, or similar methods. - Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, rework, exceptions, and optimization opportunities
