We value your creativity and skill in analyzing and solving problems.</p><p></p><p>The Process Engineer will learn the required technical manufacturing skills, onboard to IWS, develop general leadership skills, and leverage digital analytics.</p><p></p><p><b>Your team</b></p><p>As a Product Supply Manager, you are joining one of the departments in supply chain team and reporting to one of the supply chain leaders.</p><p></p><p><b>How success looks like</b></p><p>Your success would be based on operational and project work you're doing, which would be reviewed quarterly
Your manager would provide full-support through continuous mentoring and coaching.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities </b></p><p></p><p><b>Maintain Fundamentals</b></p><ul><li>Drive Operational Excellence: Understand and drive the proper execution of the HS&E and Quality foundations.</li><li>Own and manage a DMS for the Line.</li><li>Act as a coach for the EO to drive IWS progress, perfect execution of the SWP and improvement of the standards.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Eliminate Losses via Continuous Improvement Cycle: </b></p><ul><li>Conduct thorough assessments via RE analysis, touch mapping and weekly Hoshin.</li><li>Propose and implement solutions that streamline processes, eliminate failures, and reduce manual intervention.</li><li>Data management and visualization skills/tools in one or more of the following: Databricks, SQL, KNIME, Tableau, Power BI, JMP/SPSS or similar).</li><li></li></ul><p><b>Support and Lead Digital Solutions Adoption: </b></p><ul><li>Facilitate the integration of new digital tools and technologies within t
