Call out and highlight issues on the production line that cause roadblocks to the team meeting operational targets and objectives. Ensure adequate training and compliance with SOPs to eliminate safety and quality risks. Analyze data and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve equipment issues

Maintain close communication and collaboration with production and process stakeholders to achieve strategic business objectives. Establish and review SOPs to ensure they continue to be relevant and optimized for operation processes. Explore and develop an agentic AI approach to improve productivity and protect quality

Evaluate, promote, and plan new equipment and materials deployment. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering, or equivalent. Leadership: Demonstrated leadership experience through academic projects, internships, or extracurricular activities, with the ability to build and develop an effective team to tackle equipment operation challenges

Problem-Solving Skills: Proven problem-solving abilities, knowledge on problem solving methodologies like 8D, 5 Why analysis, Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (PFMEA) to deliver effective solutions. Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) and personal initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic env
