As the Principal Insights Analyst on Teamfight Tactics, you will lead the AXE (Acquisition, eXpression and Events) Insights pod, playing a crucial role in TFT’s long term revenue health. The focus of this role is on managing and coordinating work in a challenging multi team environment that drives TFT’s monetization strategy

You will own the roadmap for all Insights work that supports the AXE Initiative. You will define and manage work streams to understand our monetizers, assess product performance, identify future opportunities and guide experimentation. Working with product leaders you’ll be a strategic thought partner in developing a robust revenue and events strategy that sustains TFT for years to come

AXE has Insights and Product teams in Los Angeles and Singapore and you’ll collaborate both locations to generate impactful insights that inform all aspects of monetization, from new product development to tuning distribution systems. This position is located at our global headquarters in Santa Monica CA, and reports to the TFT Games Insights Lead.
