Role Overview We are looking for a Principal DRAM Design Engineer to design and verify digital and mixed signal blocks for next‑generation memory products. You will work closely with architecture, integration, and verification teams to deliver high‑performance, high‑reliability DRAM solutions. Responsibilities Design digital and mixed signal blocks for GDDR and DDR DRAM at transistor, gate and RTL levels
Define interface, behavior, and functional requirements for mixed signal blocks. Collaborate with block owners and integration teams to ensure full‑chip integration. Develop testbenches
Perform functional and gate‑level verification. Support silicon bring‑up and design validation activities. Use AI‑driven tools to streamline workflows and enhance design efficiency
Required Qualifications Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field. 10+ years of experience in mixed signal design for semiconductor products. Strong fundamentals in semiconductor physics and digital and mixed-signal circuit design
Knowledge of common digital circuit concepts such as decoders, FIFOs, serial-to-parallel, parallel-to-serial converters, crossdomain synchronization techniques, error detection and correction codes, random data generators is beneficial Experience with schematic/gate level design and simulations.
