As a Principal Firmware Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge memory and storage technologies that push the limits of innovation. This role is ideal for ambitious engineers who are ready to excel on a global stage and deliver groundbreaking technical solutions. In this position, you will develop high‑performance controller firmware for both volatile and non‑volatile memory systems

You will contribute to the evaluation, design, development, bench testing, debugging, and failure analysis of firmware for next‑generation memory controllers and solid-state drives (SSDs). Your work will help enhance system performance while reducing power consumption, latency, and overall SoC (System-on-Chip) complexity across multiple target sectors. Responsibilities: Provide technical direction and architectural leadership for firmware subsystems spanning controller, platform, and system integration

Drive firmware build decisions that optimize performance, power, latency, reliability, and maintainability across product lines. Lead technical reviews, influence development standards, and establish guidelines for firmware development, quality, and validation. Build, develop, and optimize embedded firmware using C/C++, low-level programming concepts, and scripting/tooling as needed

Conduct detailed debugging and failure analysis across firmware, hardware, and system interactions using lab equipment and software instrumentation. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineeri
