At P&G, we are committed to investing in and nurturing talented individuals, providing invaluable theoretical and practical experiences right within our plant.</span></p><p></p><p>As a participant in the PRIMA program, you will gain extensive work competencies through a balanced approach: 70% hands-on experience in production operations, 20% guided mentorship from the experts, and 10% engaging classroom training and workshop. You will immerse yourself in P&G’s high standards and methods, enhancing your capabilities and preparing you for future challenges
