Leads and directs hardware technical marketing engineers and their functions, responsibilities, and deliverables. Manages and oversees service support to hardware, software, and platform customers

Acts as liaison between customers and manufacturing, sales, and field sales. Responds to customer requests or events as they occur. Provides technical marketing ownership throughout the product life cycle

Acts as technical expert, consultant, analyst, and program manager as required. Takes initiative in identifying key trends in hardware devices and technology that may be relevant and impactful to Intel's strategic messaging. Participates in new product development, representing the customers' technical needs, creating competitive analysis from a technical perspective, and develops and presents technical product training materials

Responsible for enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results.
