Key Responsibilities Leads, manages, and executes plasma etch system projects that may have a mix of mechanical, electrical, physics, control system and materials compatibility with common etch chemistries. Be a plasma etch system expert in the business unit applying broad experience and knowledge of etch systems to a novel system architecture
Responsible for the design, development and implementation of complete engineering programs in accordance with project budgets and release schedules. Develops long-range plans and creates general engineering or product specific strategies to reach goals and reviews engineering specifications. Anticipates future needs
