Responsibilities: Inspect and judge reticles following standard operating procedures (SOP) or training knowledge

Operate in the Fab and Photo area, maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Successfully implement day and night shift rotations to support continuous production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and resolve any issues that may arise

Proactively acquire and apply relevant knowledge to maintain outstanding performance. Qualifications & Skills: Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong attention to detail and dedication to producing magnificent results

Willingness to accept and adapt to day and night shift rotations. Outstanding problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning new technologies. Ability to strictly follow SOPs and training instructions to ensure world-class quality

Education and Experience: Requires an associate degree or equivalent experience ; technical or vocational training is a plus. Previous experience in a manufacturing role, preferably within the semiconductor industry. Demonstrated capability to learn and apply new skills quickly and effectively
