As a Permitting Coordinator, Facility Project Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring facility-related regulatory compliance. You will maintain effective communication, coordination, and regulatory alignment for facility construction, expansion, and daily operations, supporting Micron’s business continuity and long-term site development objectives. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage communications with required permitting and licensing collaborators regarding facility construction, expansion, modification, and operational requirements
Assist with permitting and licensing applications, reviews, renewals, and regulatory documentation related to facility utilities, infrastructure, and operations. Monitor, assess, and address permitting/licensing application questions, requirements, and regulatory updates that could affect facility operations or projects. Collaborate with internal partners (Facility, EHS, Legal, and Project Management teams) to ensure alignment with applicable regulations and site development plans
Assist in coordinating site compliance activities and audits associated with facility infrastructure and regulatory requirements. Support facility-related projects by coordinating compliance-related approvals and ensuring achievements align with regulatory timelines. Maintain accurate records of internal and external communications, submissions, approvals, and commitments
