Position Summary The People Experience Partner is responsible for the end-to-end employee lifecycle, focusing on building a positive and engaging company culture

The role is heavily centered on the design and execution of structured programs, including the management of comprehensive onboarding and offboarding workflows. By coordinating complex logistics—such as pre-boarding paperwork, workstation setups, and initial training workshops—the Partner ensures every new hire is efficiently integrated. Similarly, they manage the full exit process, facilitating knowledge transfers to maintain team productivity and analyzing feedback to drive organizational improvements

This position serves as the program lead for specialized CORP and Intern initiatives, directing the full lifecycle of these talent cohorts through structured development and engagement. In addition to these standing programs, the Partner executes the overarching plan for talent experience events, overseeing all project management aspects from venue selection and scheduling to the delivery of high-impact workshops. The Partner acts as a versatile HR resource, utilizing post-event surveys and exit data to identify trends and continuously refine program effectiveness

By maintaining meticulous employee records and ensuring all processes strictly follow legal and company policies, the role balances high-level program oversight with essential administrative compliance.
