Join Roche, where every voice matters.</p><h3></h3><p></p><h3>The Position</h3><p><span> </span>The <b>Payroll, Time & Benefits Team </b>focuses on payroll, benefits, absence management, customer service and advisory support to employees, manager and business partners ensuring end-to-end process completion in line with customer focused principles to ensure the Roche People Practices work for the business.</p><p></p><p><b><b>The Opportunity</b></b></p><p><span>As a </span><b>Payroll Time Benefits Specialist - French speaking</b><span>, you are responsible for payroll, time, benefits data maintenance and administrative activities in a timely and accurate manner. You are also contributing to the continuous improvement of the People Support Solutions delivery. This is coupled with strong customer focus, communication skills and solution orientation.</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Performing a variety of payroll, time and benefits administrative and analytical activities in support of the EMEA countries/affiliates and serving as a Tier 2 point of contact for all payroll, time & benefits customer inquiries</span></p></li><li><p><span>Interpreting People & Culture policies and practices for EMEA payroll administration and ensuring Roche local time & absence policies are met</span></p></li><li><p><span>Providing timely responses to customer payroll inquiries by using an internal case management system and proactively identifying and troubleshooting payroll issues to determine root cause and solutions for resolution</span></p></li><li><p><span>Analyzing multipl
