We’re excited to offer an opportunity for Junior Payroll Accountant to join our HR BS . Key requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or finance or data analytics or positions, that involved payroll related activities or data analysis; alternatively, experience in HR administration might also be considered positively A university degree either in Economics or Accounting or Finance or Data Analysis; alternatively, other degrees that imply at least certain experience with data analysis are welcome as well (for example, Marketing or Applied Linguistics) Good knowledge of English (both oral and written, a confident B2 level is required at the very least to be considered for this position, any higher level is of course more than welcome); Good knowledge knowledge of Czech/Slovak language is nice to have (is not necessary to confidently carry out the main responsibilities, but could be considered as an additional advantage, should the candidate bring this skill); Experience in working with big volumes of data (extraction from the database, analysis, transformation and finalization) is very nice to have; Good knowledge of MS Office is very nice to have (particularly in Excel, i.e. functions such VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting etc.); Good analytical, time-management and communication skills
