As a member of the Enabling Support Network, you will contribute to and benefit from a broader ecosystem of enabling support functions across the P&C organisation in Roche, strengthening organizational capabilities and cross-functional alignment at scale.The P&C Enabling Support Specialist acts as a key connector across local and global P&C teams, Organizational Enablement teams, business stakeholders, and chapter organizations. The role supports alignment across the matrix organization by enabling collaboration, supporting follow-ups, coordinating actions, and helping ensure smooth communication and execution across teams.</span></p><p><span>The role also supports the operational effectiveness of the RSS P&C Leadership Team through coordination, communication, follow-up, and organizational enablement activities across cross-location initiatives and stakeholder groups.</span></p><p><span>This position is ideal for a proactive, organized, and collaborative professional who enjoys working in a dynamic global environment, connecting stakeholders, and enabling teams to operate effectively together.</span></p><p><br /> </p><ul><li
