VCA's core client segments include issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs, payment enablers and governments. We are looking for an Operational Specialist to join the Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA), Central Eastern Europe (CEE) team, where you will play a key role in supporting day‑to‑day operations. This role offers an opportunity for a proactive and detail‑oriented early‑career professional to work in a fast‑paced, professional services environment while building a strong foundation in business operations

In this role, you will support consultants and leadership team by ensuring operational processes run efficiently, compliantly, and consistently, enabling the consulting team to focus on delivering value to clients. What we expect from you, day to day: Provide first‑line operational support to consultants on supplier‑related engagements, including documentation, onboarding, tracking, and reporting Handle expense claims for the CEE VCA leadership team Manage calendar and meeting coordination support to the Head of Consulting Identify and suggest process improvements and opportunities to increase
