Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, encouraging a culture of inclusion and collaboration Coordinate and manage PI3 cell operations to ensure outstanding performance and reliability Develop and implement strategies to achieve operational goals and compete in the industry Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement projects and initiatives Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience Proven leadership experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment Solid knowledge of memory and storage technologies Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field Experience in PI3 cell management or similar roles Demonstrated ability to improve procedures and attain perfect results Ability to strictly adhere to safety and quality standards while encouraging innovation About Micron Technology, Inc.
