Company : Sime Darby Beyond Auto Sdn. Bhd. Job Content Ensure all tools and equipment purchased are recorded in an inventory

Maintain details of tools purchased e.g. date of purchase, supplier and cost. Carry out monthly stock check with records

Ensure all equipments are in good working order. Ensure all special tools borrowed are returned to the Tool Room at the end of the day and report to Supervisor of lost of any items. Record lubricants stock and make requisition to Workshop Supervisor/Coordinator to order taking into account lead time and order quantity

Ensure for the cleanliness of tool/oil room and proper storage of all special tools/workshop equipment. Maintain regularly the workshop equipment (compressor, hoist & electrical equipment). Check stock level of all consumable items and make recommendation for order to Workshop Supervisor / Coordinator

Control supply of consumable items to mechanic. Ordering and stock planning of all workshop merchandise (seat covers, floor mats, fender covers, small tools, cleaning materials and etc). Carry out other duties which requested by superior from time to time
