Company : Sime Darby Auto ConneXion Sdn. Bhd. Responsibilities Attend complaints for model under care & manage loaner car arrangement to customer (as & when required) & general administrative work

Prepare tribunal and legal documentation to be submitted to Legal Team at Motor Division. Prepare letter of reply to customer on the critical cases. Attending tribunal & court as & when required Assist HOD in monitoring the reporting system (weekly & monthly) for all the staff Qualification Minimum Degree Holder in Business or relevant scope

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Customer Services in Calls Centre or via face to face. Strong command of the English Language & Bahasa Malaysia in writing and verbally.
