$10,000.00 Sign on Bonus for external candidates and eligible internal candidates Providers can work flexible hours between 8AM-8PM, seven days a week Optum is seeking a dedicated, full-time (40 hrs/wk) Nurse Practitioner to join our HouseCalls team in Cuyahoga & Medina counties Ohio (i.e., greater Cleveland & Medina). Optum is a clinician-led care organization, that is creating a seamless health journey for patients across the care continuum. As a member of the broader Home and Community Care team, you'll provide annual clinical assessments to patients in the comfort of their homes

Flexible scheduling is offered where providers can flex their time over the 7-day work week. No on-call, no weekends and no holidays required.
