What you'll be doing: Own end-to-end execution of NPI (New Product Introduction) manufacturing plans to meet customer demand and delivery commitments Issue and manage production work orders with OSAT suppliers (hands-on SAP) Closely monitor and drive supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Finance, Logistics, R&D, and Engineering teams Support and execute New Product Introduction (NPI) processes locally What we need to see: 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, supply chain execution, or operations management Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes (e.g., Bumping, CP, Assembly, Final Test, BEFIN, Shipment) Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP – strong advantage); Strong planning and execution skills Experience working with OSAT vendors; Familiarity with B2B processes and supply chain workflows Fluent English (written and verbal) Independent, proactive, and highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and urgency Bachelors degree or equivalent experience Ways to stand out from the crowd: Background in Industrial Engineering with strong analytical capabilities Proven experience in semiconductor industry operations Demonstrated ability to improve processes and drive operational excellence Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams and experience working across multiple time zones Self-starter with a con
