Job responsibilities The Night Manager ensures the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift, under the supervision of the Front Office Manager. He/She coordinates operational departments and works closely with the Security team to guarantee the comfort and safety of both Guests and Ambassadors. He/She is responsible for front desk operations during the night, including guest reception, arrivals and departures in accordance with established procedures
