The Role Campus & Data Center Operations Responsible for daily inspection, configuration modification and firmware upgrade of network devices in data centers (DC) and office premises, with support for Cisco/Huawei switches and routers. Security Policy Enforcement Take charge of the provisioning and adjustment of Fortinet firewall policies, and maintain daily account and permission management for SSL VPN and NAC (ISE) admission control systems

Core Service Assurance Be responsible for DDI (DNS/DHCP) address allocation and record maintenance, and assist in troubleshooting network access issues of IoT devices at the factory site. User Support & Troubleshooting Respond to WLAN wireless network faults and VoIP/Teams voice quality issues, and conduct on-site surveys and terminal troubleshooting.
