Today SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of&nbsp;enabling human life on Mars.</p></div><p><strong>NDE SPECIALIST, EDDY CURRENT (STARSHIP) - LEVEL III</strong></p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Inspection Responsibilities (25% of time)</li> <ul> <li>Perform inspections on flight and GSE hardware.</li> <li>Interpret, evaluate, communicate, and report findings to production and engineering.</li> <li>Interpret and review engineering drawings as required.</li> <li>Continuously improve the safety and reliability of the operations environment.</li> </ul> <li>Specialist Responsibilities (75% of time)</li> <ul> <li>Own the improvement and execution of the training program for the relevant method.</li> <li>Operate as the first point of contact for technique-based questions from inspectors and engineering.</li> <li>Work with engineering (design, NDE, and manufacturing) on process improvements including descopes, inspection reliability evaluation/improvement, and rollout of development projects. This necessitates a strong relationship and collaboration with NDE engineering.</li> <li>Own the equipment reliability strategy and execution for the relevant method.</li> <li>Perform technical interviews of NDE Inspector candidates.</li> <li>Develop and maintain relationships with key external vendors.</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalency certificate.</li> <li>Level III ASNT/NAS-410 in Eddy Current (ET).</li> </ul> <p><strong>PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience as an NDE Inspector with Eddy Current (ET).</li> <li>Capable of influencing partner teams and peers to unify to a common vision.</li> <li>Competent with computer s
