Job Description Partner with IE, PE, Planning, EE, and Manufacturing teams to align machine allocation strategies and ensure achievement of weekly and monthly shipment objectives

Conduct detailed capacity analysis in collaboration with Coordinators; identify gaps and escalate required support or mitigation actions to IE, Manufacturing, PE, EE, and Planning teams, ensuring timely follow-up and execution of agreed mitigation plans. Work closely with team members to develop and execute tool conversion plans that support order requirements while sustaining high equipment utilization performance. Collaborate with the Planning team to integrate output simulation results into visualization dashboards, enhancing capacity visibility and decision-making efficiency

Support wafer kitting operations and TIQ wafer request handling to ensure smooth production flow and order fulfillment. Partner with team members to develop automated reports and drive system enhancements, improving HBM production management visibility and tooling control efficiency. Additional Qualifications Technical / Soft Skills Hands-on experience or proficiency in Power BI, RPA, and SQL is preferred
