The Role As a Middleware Integration Specialist at Kyndryl, you’ll be responsible for the administration, operation, and continuous optimization of enterprise integration and business process ecosystems. In this role, you will manage and support mission‑critical middleware platforms, ensuring secure, stable, and efficient connectivity across application servers, web environments, and backend systems

You will work with advanced TIBCO technologies, including messaging, service orchestration, and business process automation platforms, contributing to high‑availability production environments that support complex business operations. Your work will directly enable reliable service delivery, operational excellence, and compliance with strict service level agreements (SLAs). Key Responsibilities Administer and optimize TIBCO middleware platforms, including EMS, BusinessWorks, and BusinessEvents, to support enterprise integration and messaging needs

Manage business process automation platforms such as TIBCO ActiveMatrix BPM and iProcess Engine, ensuring stable and efficient process execution. Support enterprise integration solutions, including SOA architectures, APIs, and authorization gateways, ensuring seamless system connectivity. Perform configuration management, deployments, version control, and upgrades in high‑availability production environments following ITIL best practices
