The Role Roles and Responsibilities: Extensive interaction with customer Troubleshoot problems on various layers of the application . Infrastructure Analyzes, develops, modifies, installs, tests, maintains large and mid range systems computer software such as operating systems, compilers, and utilities

Plans and implements service request work and has a significant role in the delegation of responsibilities. Establishes milestones for project related work and makes decisions which impact the success of projects and team objectives. Investigates and resolves complex problems requiring an understanding of the relationship between own specialism and wider customer /organizational requirements
