You will play a crucial role in driving excellence in the F16 Production Photo department. As the Manager, F16 HVM Production Photo, you will lead a world-class engineering team, mentor future leaders, and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Coordinate and lead the production team to ensure the magnificent execution of production MXT targets

Develop and implement training programs that improve team skills and enable virtual clustered operations. Identify and successfully implement new methods and process optimizations to drive efficiency. Coordinate NPI ramping and improve equipment utilization

Handle Work In Progress (WIP) management across OMT(TY/TC) to maintain an efficient workflow. Facilitate seamless communication and issue handover between shifts to ensure operational continuity. Collaborate effectively with Management, Planning, and Engineering teams to resolve daily production issues

Mentor operators and support their career development through targeted training and mentorship. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and safe working environment that encourages dedication and ownership. Establish a culture of learning and sharing best-known methods to streamline processes and procedures

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the production/planner manufacturing industry. Proven ability to work independently with minimal direction. Strong leadership skills with a proactive and driven spirit

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding problem-solving abilities and stress resistance. Ability to balance multiple priorities and tasks efficiently
