Job Description As a Change Management (CH) Section Manager at OMT, you will have the responsibilities of providing leadership to a team of engineers and technicians to define and execute the strategic direction of Management of Change

Need to ensure that conversion and change cycle times are met with consistent quality. Need to continually improve operations efficiency through business process improvements and automation. Responsibilities and Tasks Define and execute the strategic direction of Management of Change

Drive consistency across all business management systems relating to product quality. Collaborate with Fab team members to focus the organization on coordinated changes and sustainable methodologies that meet internal, corporate and customer expectations. Manage MES applications and ensure proper governance of access

Ensure that MES executions are pertaining to business rules. Make use of new technology to enable automation for Management and Execution of change. Continually develop and drive effective metrics to drive the organization forward

Collaborate with WW Fabs CH to further strengthen Change Management teams and enable cross fab execution. Provide clarity, resources, and career development opportunities for their team. Establish goals and develop timelines to allow the team and the fab to meet critical performance objectives

Manage all staffing, training, and personnel development of area team members. Develop challenging performance targets and ensure Line of Sight is communicated to individual contributors. All team members are required to complete their learning items within the stipulated time frame
