As the MGR, F11 ME FST PAC, you will manage and improve the performance of sub FAB PAC systems, including pumps, abatement, and chillers. This is an excellent opportunity to join a top-tier team in Taiwan and realize your ambitious projects! Responsibilities: Coordinate and maintain the performance of sub FAB PAC systems including pumps, abatement, and chillers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and implement improvement strategies

Ensure flawless operation and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Develop and complete maintenance schedules to optimize system efficiency. Monitor and analyze system data to identify and address potential issues promptly

Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proven experience in manufacturing or related industries. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and compete priorities effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

Experience working on the upkeep and advancement of sub FAB PAC systems. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations. Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing teams
