Job Description The M&A Technology Integration Engineer is entrusted with providing strategic leadership and oversight for the integration of technology platforms and processes across newly Acquired Entities. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless assimilation of the target company’s applications and services into the broader Visa architecture, delivering operational resiliency and availability, whilst supporting delivering against defined business objectives

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Assessment & Scoping Comprehensive technical due diligence to evaluate and document the target organization’s technology stack, including infrastructure, networks, applications, data platforms, and other relevant components. Identify and articulate integration dependencies, risks, and opportunities, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements. Support defining the scope of integration, establishing clear milestones, and set measurable success criteria in collaboration with executive stakeholders

Integration Planning & Architecture Help architect and govern the development of a robust integration roadmap, encompassing identity management, network connectivity, cloud and on-premises environments, data migration, and security compliance.
