Job ID: J-00340085 Introduction to the job At ASML, Mechatronics Technicians handle repair and maintenance of complex equipment in a dynamic manufacturing setting. As a Mechatronics Maintenance Technician, your main responsibilities will be supporting Coating (OFC) and Contact/Etch/Litho (CEL). You will handle various Optical Fabrication equipment, requiring care and attention

Roles and responsibilities Shift: Back End Nights 6pm – 6am (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, alternate Wednesday) Occasional overtime may be needed. Including for verbal pass down with oncoming shift, coverage, repairs or project support needs
Maximize equipment availability and reliability, by being effective at repairs and maintenance. Keep daily planning on track by communicating priorities, progress, and risks; adapt as needed with stakeholder input. Maintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and statuses
Collaborate with Management, and Technicians, to establish and complete priority activities and maintenance schedules. Support Continuous Improvement of equipment and maintenance program. Inventory Management support and 5S LEAN
Provide additional support, when needed, to other Optical Fabrication lines of business. Interpersonal Skills and Initiative: Communication and interpersonal abilities. Education and Experience Must have 3+ years in electro-mechanical/mechatronics and an Associate degree, Technical or Automotive Certification, Military Technical training, or 6+ years relevant experience
Preferred: Experience with Thin Films Hi-Vac, and related manufacturing equipment. Control systems integration experience desirable. LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvement background a plus
Proficiency in MS Outlook 365; SAP or similar ERP system experience preferred. Skills: Diagnose failures and execute repairs proficiently on both electrical and mechanical equ
