If you are a high performing engineer, want to immerse yourself in never-before-solved challenges, and are excited to put in the effort to make this goal a reality, we want to hear from you.</p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead MEP design and coordination for residential, commercial, and industrial projects</li> <li>Partner with cross-departmental teams to define requirements and derive design details</li> <li>Prepare and review design drawings and documents for mechanical, electrical, and fluid systems and specifications for a variety of engineering projects</li> <li>Manage construction activities related to MEP systems, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements</li> <li>Use construction/engineering knowledge to expedite the design process and solve conflicts during construction</li> <li>Write and manage construction contracts with subcontractors across multiple disciplines through contract close-out</li> <li>Perform project control tasks, including project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control</li> <li>Resolve design and construction conflicts in the field in real time</li> <li>Oversee a
