Facilities Mechanical Engineerは広島工場内のプロセス/設備/製造の流れを理解したうえで、機械システムの改修、新規導入と最適で安全な制御設計を行い各種プロジェクトを遂行します。 また、トラブル対策・最適運転管理を行う為 専門知識を利用し、改善業務を行うと共に、運用コストの削減を図ります。さらに関連するリスク低減を図り、災害・事故を撲滅して安全で快適な職場環境を作り、またAIを使用しての業務改善改善活動も行います。 業務内容 法令を遵守し、安全を考慮した設備計画・設計の実施 安全衛生基準・環境基準の理解と遵守 技術的将来計画やロードマップについて説明 法令・規則を遵守した設計・許可書類の作成 設計・施工に対する仕様書の作成 設計図面の取り纏め プロジェクトマネージメントに従ったプロジェクトの推進 （Scope/Budget/Scheduleの管理） 設備性能検査方法の決定 カスタマーの要求の把握 トラブル発生時に技術的な対策及び横展開 統計的データーに基づいた品質管理 コスト・省エネ・環境管理活動の推進 設備の負荷管理及び設備更新・増設の計画 設備劣化状況の把握及び維持・更新の計画 専門技術・知識の開発、実行、共有 技術レポートの作成・論文の発表 トレーニング資料の作成及び開発 業務改善の実施と問題解決への貢献 ファシリティー監視システムの提供、オペレーション上のトラブルサポート、トラブル解析 FMEAによるリスク解析 Tableau・Power BI等のツールを使用してのデーター作成・管理 AIを使用しての業務改善改善活動 必要な知識・能力・経験など Must（必須項目） ビジネスレベルの日本語能力 学士号あるいは実務経験 製造業のSafety関連知識と実務経験5年以上 計装、制御に関する知識 SCADAによる監視設備構築の知識 MECHシステムの知識（HVAC,Chiller, PCW,CDA,Boiler, Process vacuum, Exhaustのいずれか） 一度に複数のTask/Projectを処理するスキル及び優先順位を付けるスキル Want（望ましい項目） 半導体工場または、協力会社での実務経験 機械設備での実務経験 Building Automating, Process Automation 実務経験 英語での実務コミュニケーションスキル（電話会議､プレゼンなど） 上記等のSafety関連の公的資格SQLを使用してのTableau・Power BI等の作成能力 AIの活用(Python/Webプログラミング言語等の経験があれば尚良) Supplementary code: Plans facilities changes for plant, office, and production equipment layouts, working toward economy of operation, maximum use of facilities and equipment, and compliance with laws and regulations

Coordinates with architecture/engineering firms in developing design criteria and preparing layout and detail drawings. Prepares bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition. Reviews and estimates design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation and other related costs
