We solve problems and get results. We communicate and respond positively and constantly to our customer requests. You would be supporting Fab Operations by ensuring incoming material quality and interacting with material suppliers to follow procedures and satisfy SAS requirements
Role and Responsibilities Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For: Interaction and management of multiple material suppliers for quality, supply chain management, technical support, improvements, root cause investigations and corrective/preventive action implementation Develop, understand and document cradle to grave understanding of materials including their manufacturing processes and final use in FAB. Proactively identify and implement material quality improvements closely working with suppliers, counterparts in Korea, and SAS FAB engineering team. Drive material related FAB investigations; provide understanding of raw material manufacturing and its interaction with FAB processing
Management and leadership toward material issue resolution (SPC, data analysis, 8D development and corrective actions). Work with suppliers to identify & implement future improvements (roadmap) keep ahead of quality needs for 1x nodes and beyond. Qualifications of new materials and changes including supplier process change notifications, project planning
