Within the Global Client Care ecosystem, the Master Data and Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) plays a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our Client Care Services. This position is responsible for a variety of administrative, operational, and support tasks, ensuring data accuracy and process adherence. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and possesses strong problem-solving and communication skills

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Cologne (DE), reporting to our Client Care Operation Manager. Job responsibilities Administrative & Setup: Manage and maintain master data for spare parts Set up new products and services in relevant systems Coordinate repair profile modifications, store opening and closing procedures within the system Grant and manage access to Power BI dashboards Operational Execution: Perform daily credit note validation and monthly invoice compensation to regional entities. Oversee and manage RMS (Repair Management System) translations
