Join Roche, where every voice matters.</p><h3></h3><p></p><h3>The Position</h3><p><b>Main Responsibilities:</b></p><p>Manages market research needs for products or therapeutic areas within the organization.</p><p>Conducts and manages primary and secondary market research projects, including labeling and advertising.</p><p>Provides marketing insight and direction to optimize strategic products</p><p>Analyzes data and makes strategic recommendations.</p><p>Contributes to annual business plan and maximizes market potential. Interprets and translates scientific clinical data into commercial implications.</p><p>Directs the development of company marketing plan and supporting sales activities for specific products or product lines including assessment of potential markets.</p><p>Establishes pricing strategies, develops budgets and monitors expenditures.</p><p>May develop short and long-range strategies for product expansion. Interfaces with Product Development, Production and Manufacturing to develop new products or enhance existing products or product lines.</p><p>May act as a technical advisor for specific products.</p><p>Oversees market analysis, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs
