As leader of the Italian Marketing Department, directly reporting to the General Manager, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions: Increase Traffic in both Physical / Online Stores Develop and implement integrated marketing strategy to increase market share and brand awareness through 3 main areas of responsibility: COMM, PR & EVENTS Develop and execute comprehensive full-funnel media and advertising strategies for the Sephora brand, as well as for co-branded campaigns with partner brands

Create and implement effective social media strategies for Sephora Italy's local social channels (@sephoraitalia on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Yo
