Here in Manchester, we've been making P&G products at our Trafford Park site for the past 90 years and after some exciting new investment are looking to recruit motivated technicians to join our Pampers manufacturing team. </p><p>Technicians will join a multi-skilled team responsible for operating, maintaining, daily running and troubleshooting of complex process technologies on our production lines
They contribute to producing high quality branded products that improves the lives of consumers. The plant operates 24 hours a day and our technicians work a 12.5 hour shift pattern, including days and nights.</p><p>We are looking for individuals who show leadership potential, embrace change, and who can demonstrate working effectively as part of a team to deliver high quality results. Once you have qualified, you will move to our level two pay structure. <br /><br /><b>5-day shift pattern</b><br />Starting pay with shift premium - £38,588.68<br />Level 2.1 pay with shift premium - £40,876.68<br /><br /><b>7-day shift pattern</b><br />Starting pay with shift premium - £42,280.68<br />Level 2.1 pay with shift premium - £44,568.68</p></li></ul><p></p><ul><li><p><b>Flex4Me:</b> This is an annual £1200 allowance for you to spend on physical, mental, financial and work-life balan
