Job ID: J-00336735 Introduction to the job You will lead multiple PGP projects with a tactical and strategical impact, typically with a scope that spans across Tainan factory or sectors within ASML and in accordance to agreed triple constraints, and with a scope that has a focus on but is not limited to manufacturing. You must be able to bring together stakeholders at different levels in the organization and quickly earn the support of manufacturing on a diverse range of topics. You are a self-starter who quickly understands the product strategy and the needs of industrialization, with the insight, you and the team can come up with strategies that support the success of product while considering the balance of time-to-market and industrialization
Role and responsibilities 1. Program Leadership & Execution Manage adherence to Product Generation Process through product life cycle. Oversee several product development progress, identify and manage critical path from manufacturing to support the success of products
Understand the business strategies and able to convert into plans and execution. Able to challenge the status quo under complex and ambiguous situations. 2
Cross-functional Coordination Coordinate NPI readiness activities including 6p (product, production tool, procedure, plant, people, and parts) to secure smooth introduction. Lead engineering, work centers, production planning teams in manufacturing sector to identify risks during proto build and prevent interruption during pilot and HVM phases. 3
Program Governance & Reporting Maintain accurate program dashboards including schedule, performance, open issues, risk matrix, and recovery plans. Provide timely updates to site and global stakeholders; drive data‑based decision‑making. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements across all NPI deliverables
