Job Description Purpose Visa Direct offers a range of services designed to streamline and enhance the process of transferring funds for individuals, businesses, and financial institutions. As a Manager, Account Management, you will support the day-to-day management and growth of assigned Visa Direct enterprise client relationships

This role partners closely with Senior Managers, Directors, and broader account teams to execute account strategies, support revenue growth initiatives, and strengthen client engagement across Visa Direct offerings. The Manager will work cross-functionally to help deliver client solutions, identify opportunities, and contribute to improved money movement outcomes for assigned clients. Key Responsibilities Relationship Management Support day-to-day interactions with assigned enterprise clients and serve as a reliable point of contact for operational, commercial, and product-related discussions

Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders and internal partners, escalating issues and opportunities to Senior Managers or Directors as appropriate. Account Growth & Execution Support account growth by helping identify expansion opportunities across Visa Direct products, including upsell and cross-sell initiatives. Contribute to account planning activities and support execution against financial and volume goals for assigned clients
