As a VFX Lead on the Singapore Studio (Unpublished R&D Product), you will lead the visual effects discipline, driving craft quality, partner alignment, and production excellence. You will provide clear creative direction, ensure consistency across internal and external teams, and uphold Riot’s quality bar. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and mentor VFX artists to deliver high-quality, readable, and impactful visual effects
You will report into the Associate Art Director of the team. Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and grow the VFX craft in Singapore, ensuring it serves as a center of excellence for delivering feedback, aligning with partner studios, and upholding Riot’s quality bar. Own the full lifecycle management of VFX team members—from selection and onboarding through performance development, feedback, and exits where necessary—ensuring the right people and skills are in place to deliver at Riot’s quality bar
Set clear performance expectations for VFX staff and partner teams, providing regular feedback and managing performance effectively and empathetically.
