What You'll Be Doing We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our automotive sales team

This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence. You will be responsible for team leadership, performance management, customer satisfaction, and strategic collaboration across departments. Team Leadership & Development Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and deliver outstanding customer service

Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture through regular coaching and performance appraisals. Sales Performance & Operations Lead the team to meet company KPIs and sales budgets, including trade-in, finance, and insurance targets. Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective action plans

Manage stock holdings to optimise capital investment and reduce ageing inventory.
