Job Description Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA), the consulting arm of Visa, is a global team of industry experts in strategy, marketing, operations, risk, and economics consulting. The Data Solutions and Engineering team under VCA is a multidisciplinary group responsible for designing scalable data solutions, developing advanced machine learning use cases, and enabling AI-driven innovation across Latin America and the Caribbean

We are currently undergoing a transformation toward an AI-native delivery model, leveraging Generative AI and agent-based workflows to reduce operational effort, accelerate delivery, and scale impact across markets. Role Overview We are looking for a Manager who can lead, design, and implement high-impact analytics, machine learning, and Generative AI solutions, with a strong focus on real-world application of GenAI tools and agentic workflows. The ideal candidate is not only technically strong, but also hands-on and execution-driven, with proven evidence of using Generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, GPT, Perplexity, Copilots) in their day-to-day work to: build and optimize machine learning models, automate workflows and processes, accelerate analytical development and generate insights and dashboards more efficiently
