Responsibilities: The Manager Colored Stones & Enamel will work on Fine Jewelry category, taking care of Sourcing & Capacity planning functions, working closely with Gemstones acquisition, Product development/marketing, Industrial Planning, Design, Quality/Grading, Responsible Sourcing and FGs Sourcing teams. This position will be part of the European Sourcing & Planning office which covers EU activities across all categories (Finished goods, Components, Stones etc.) Manage supplier accounts Manage the supplier’s relationship Monitor Request for pricing and new product projects (Technical specification, Cost negotiation, Capacity building etc.) Coordinate interface between finished good (Tier 1) and Gemstones/Enamel (Tier 2) supplier (Specifications, ramp up, cost etc.) Monitor supplier performance (Cost, Delivery, Quality) by understanding market availability, skillset strengths, quality consistency, service provided, and proactive issue resolution

Establish and monitor long-term supplier’s strategy in alignment with our growth Negotiate supplier terms and pricing Explore and evaluate new supplier opportunities to drive innovation, cost optimization and long-term supply availability Ensure continuous compliance within Tiffany’s ethic & responsible sourcing standards Continuous Improvement projects & Cross Functional teaming Maintain Sourcing & Planning process stan
