We are seeking a driven and hands-on Accounts Payable Manager to join our global Finance Shared Services organization

This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient, accurate, and well-controlled execution of Accounts Payable processes, including invoice-to-payment, employee expenses (Concur), and vendor master data management. The position offers the opportunity to lead operations, drive process improvements, and support transformation initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, while partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, IT, and business teams. Manage assigned Accounts Payable processes across invoice processing, payments, employee expenses (Concur), and vendor master data within a shared service framework Drive standardization, harmonization, and continuous improvement across AP processes within assigned scope Support implementation and execution of AP policies, controls, and governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with finance standards, SOX compliance, and audit requirements Support and drive process improvement and automation initiatives (e.g., RPA, OCR, AI, SAP enhancements), partnering with IT and cross-functional teams Oversee employee expense (Concur) processes, ensuring timely reimbursement, policy compliance, and resolution of issues and exceptions Manage Vendor Master Data (VMD), including vendor bank information maintenance, ensuring data accuracy, governance, and fraud risk mitigation Define and monitor key operational metrics, SLAs, and performance indicators; identify gaps and drive data-driven improvements Act as escalation point for operational issues (e.g., invoice exceptions, payment delay
