Job Description Job Description (Manager – Crypto Strategic Initiatives) San Francisco, CA, USA As a Manager on the Crypto Strategic Initiatives Team within Growth Products and Partnerships at Visa, you will be responsible for driving execution of key strategic initiatives (or major workstreams within Initiatives) for Visa’s crypto efforts. Example responsibilities of the role include: Lead program management across multiple crypto-related workstreams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines Support key executive engagements and syndication of work across leadership, to ensure alignment and clarity of direction Prepare executive-level presentations providing strategic recommendations, initiative status, and risks Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, legal, compliance, finance, and operations to deliver against key initiatives Drive key decisions forward by preparing clear decision frameworks, identifying trade-offs, and ensuring stakeholder alignment Monitor and track progress of workstreams, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and blockers; proactively implementing mitigation plans Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular updates and ensuring transparency across teams
