</p><p> </p><p>The Manager, Business Integration supports the design and execution of integrated commercial plans that enable delivery of the Commercial Transformation agenda. The role acts as a key integrator across Commercial, Marketing, Digital, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain, translating strategic priorities into coordinated plans, execution calendars, and governance routines that drive revenue, share, and profitability.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Your ‘day to day’:</p><p> </p><ul><ul type="disc"><li>Support the Head of Business Integration in executing commercial initiatives aligned with short- and mid-term operational plans.</li><li>Orchestrate integrated commercial plans across categories and programs, ensuring alignment between business objectives, brand strategies, customer priorities, and financial targets.</li><li>Manage end-to-end commercial planning cycles and activation calendars, partnering with Finance on operating budgets, business reviews, S&OP, and Integrated Business Planning processes.</li><li>Deploy, refresh, and govern commercial planning frameworks, tools, and ways of working to address evolving business and market needs.</li><li>Coordinate cross-category initiatives in partnership with Marketing, Revenue Growth Manage
