Job Description About the Organization You’ll Be Joining This Design Manager will report to the Head of Deal Design & Development within the North America Deal Team, the creative team working with sales leaders to craft the most compelling “Why Visa” stories. You’ll be part of a broader community of presentation designers who share standards, best practices, and a high bar for craft

Day‑to‑day, this role is deeply embedded with Growth Products & Partnerships (GP&P)—the team responsible for building and scaling Visa’s product‑ and solution‑led partnerships with leading technology companies. In this capacity, you’ll work closely with GP&P product, partnerships, and sales leaders to shape early‑stage opportunity narratives, platform and ecosystem stories, and forward‑looking partnership visions, with a particular focus on Visa’s Big Tech partners. This structure enables the role to combine best‑in‑class deal design with deep context in product‑led partnerships, ensuring stories are not only beautifully designed, but strategically grounded in how Visa creates long‑term value with its most important partners
